Delivery

Your poster will be delivered by the courier service of your choice. Shipments typically arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving our printing facilities in Warsaw or Amsterdam. Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Turnaround Time

The average order processing time is 1-2 business days, starting from the next business day after placing your order. During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Note: For orders requiring design approval before printing, please allow additional time for approval and any necessary revisions.

Packaging

We take great care to protect your posters during transit. Posters are securely rolled, wrapped in protective foil, and placed inside a durable cardboard tube. For additional safety, the tube is packed within a die-cut cardboard box.

Unpacking Tips

• If you plan to hang or tape the poster to the wall, lay it flat on a surface for a few hours to help it settle.
• If you’re framing the poster, you can proceed carefully right after unpacking.
