Delivery
Your poster will be delivered by the courier service of your choice. Shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our printing facilities. Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress. We reserve the right to change the carrier if it allows for faster or more reliable delivery.
Turnaround Time
The average order processing time is 2 business days, starting from the next business day after your order is placed. This includes creating, printing, and preparing your poster for shipment. Each piece is made specially for you — we take pride in crafting every order by hand and work hard to ensure it arrives on time. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be extended, and you’ll be notified if this affects your order.
Packaging
We take great care to protect your posters during transit. Posters are securely rolled, wrapped in protective foil, and placed inside a durable cardboard tube. For additional safety, the tube is packed within a die-cut cardboard box.
Unpacking Tips
- If you plan to hang or tape the poster to the wall, lay it flat on a surface for a few hours to help it settle.
- If you’re framing the poster, you can proceed carefully right after unpacking.
