Do you have questions about the ordering process for our music posters? How to create Album Poster?

Start by selecting one of available templates. Then, on the chosen template, add the album/song title, artist name, and upload your photo or cover file. That’s it, place an order & let us handle the rest!


What type of paper is used for the poster?

Your poster will be printed on 190 gsm semi-glossy photo paper, enhances colors with a subtle shine.


Can I upload my own photo instead of a cover?

Of course! It’s entirely up to you what appears on your poster.


What are the recommended requirements for the cover/photo file?

The recommended minimum for the file is 1000x1000 pixels, in formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC, WEBP, SVG, PSD, or AI. The preferred color profile is CMYK. If the uploaded file uses RGB colors, they will be automatically converted to CMYK.

If needed, we use AI tools to enhance the quality of the image.


Is the frame included in the price?

The frame is not included. Thanks to the universal sizes of our posters, you can easily place them in most frames available at popular local stores.


Are there any limitations on the length of the tracklist?

There are no limitations on the length of the tracklist. If the list is very long, the font size will be adjusted accordingly.


Can I approve the design before printing?

Absolutely! In the poster editor, simply select the option I want to approve before printing. Once you choose this, you’ll receive a draft of the poster for approval before it’s printed.


What are the tolerances for dimensions and colors?

The acceptable dimension tolerance for any poster size is +/- 0.5 cm (on each side). Additionally, please note that the colors on the printed poster might slightly differ from the design you see on screen.


Can I order a poster of an album that isn’t available online?

Of course! In the Additional Information section, please provide the track names and any relevant details, such as the release date. We’ll then send you a draft for approval.


Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled only before the production process begins. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

What is the order processing time?

The average order processing time is 2 business days. For orders with the approve design before printing option, additional time is required for your approval and any potential adjustments.

In exceptional cases (e.g., during holidays or sales), processing time may extend to a maximum of 5 business days.


What is the delivery time?

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the destination country. We ship orders from the nearest location to you: the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

  • Economy shipping: estimated delivery in 3-4 business days
  • Express shipping: estimated delivery in 2-3 business days

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once we begin packing your order, we’ll send you an email with delivery details and a link to track your order status. If the link doesn’t work immediately, please try again later, as it may take a few hours for your order information to update.


Do you deliver to my country?

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. For specific delivery options outside these areas, please contact us.


Will I need to pay customs fees or duties?

No, you will not need to pay customs fees or duties, as your order will be produced and shipped locally. For example, if you order from London, your order will be produced and shipped from the UK; if you order from New York, it will be produced and shipped from the US.


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived on time?

Don't worry! If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us with your order details. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you as soon as possible.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or the Klarna pay-later system.

Since each poster is custom-made according to your individual specifications, we require prepayment.


Is my payment information secure?

Are there any additional fees?

No additional fees are charged for using your selected payment method. The total cost at checkout is what you’ll pay.
